The basic user information collected is used to help us analyze web traffic.
Note that our site provides links to products and services offered by other companies. The websites of other companies that you link to will be able to determine that you linked from our website.

What information do we collect?

When you sign up for EnscoRowan's alert services, you provide us with contact information. Contact information typically includes your name and email address.

How do we use this information?

We use the contact information you provide us to establish our alert service for you.

EnscoRowan may share interested parties information with selected partners/third parties, for example, to provide the alert service. We will not otherwise disclose interested parties information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm to or interfering with the rights or property of EnscoRowan, our customers, or others, or where EnscoRowan has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

EnscoRowan also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the details of any electronic mail or other electronic communications. The circumstances under which EnscoRowan will disclose such electronic communications are when:
  • It is necessary in order to provide service to the interested party;
  • It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of EnscoRowan and its affiliates;
  • It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants or other legal process that EnscoRowan determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
  • It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the details are inadvertently obtained by EnscoRowan and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
EnscoRowan disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by others. EnscoRowan will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm EnscoRowan or third parties.

Customers may opt out of receiving alerts and/or notices from EnscoRowan by submitting a request or unsubscribing to alerts in the alert section. In this request, customers must identify their email address.

Please note, however, that EnscoRowan reserves the right to send important information regarding our services at our discretion.
